PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a stator capable of arranging an adequate coil with an easy winding operation. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a concatenation of core members 4 by punching a ribbon-like magnetic member 2, each member 4 being made of a yoke portion 4b and magnetic pole teeth 4c projecting from the portion 4b and being integrated with the yoke 4b through a thin-walled portion 4a; winding the concatenation of the members 4 around a winding frame 5a for a predetermined number of turns so that the teeth 4c face outward; forming a concatenation of laminated core members by fixedly integrating the members 4 wound around the frame 5a; sequentially coiling each of the teeth 4c of the laminated core members; and forming a stator by arranging the concatenation of the laminated core members into an annular shape by bending the concatenation in the opposite direction so that the teeth 4c face inwards. |
