The device measures parameters of air to be fed into a vehicle interior and/or the air existing inside the vehicle. The device has a housing (12) in which several sensors (20,22,30,32) and supply and analysis electronics (28) are arranged. The housing has an inner chamber (14) with an air inlet (24) and an air outlet (26). At least one of the sensors (20,22) is arranged in the inner chamber.At least one other sensor (30,32) is arranged outside the inner chamber. This sensor is acted on directly by air surrounding the housing. Preferably a toxic gas sensor (20) and an external temperature sensor (22) are arranged in the inner chamber and a humidity sensor (30) and an internal temperature sensor (32) are provided outside the inner chamber
