PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable color photosensitive material with little changes in the balance of gray density in an image surface. SOLUTION: This material contains a silver halide, binder and dye donating compd. on a base body. The material has three kinds of photosensitive layers each showing the max. spectral sensitivity wavelength in different three regions of the spectrum. In at least one layer of each three kinds of photosensitive layers, at least 20 mol.% of the silver halide included in the layer consists of silver halide containing 1×10<-7> to 1×10<-3> mol iron ion per one mole of silver halide.
