PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the occurrence of stripes at the time of processing of a photosensitive planographic printing plate surface by tightly winding fur materials around the peripheral surface of an arbor and to allow a smooth exchange at the time of wear of the fur materials without applying any working at all on a metallic member, such as arbor, which is hardly workable. SOLUTION: The peripheral surface of the arbor 200 forms a reference plane facing a PS plate and wires 206 coated with rubber layers 204 which are elastic members are spirally wound around the peripheral surface. The fur materials 208 are previously implanted in these wires 206. The wires 206 are tightly wound by prescribed winding force and recessed parts 210 are formed at the rubber layers 204 by the winding force, by which the wires 206 are surely held in the winding positions. |
