The attachment consists of an upper rectangular supporting frame which rests on a rim round the top of the bin (3), equipped with four uprights which extend downwards from the frame and have their lower ends curved upwards to form troughs (15) to hold and support tools. Crossbars (16) between the two rear uprights (12b) pass under the bin's handle (7). The frame is attached to the bin by spring-loaded catches (17) engaging with the upper rim, and is fitted with clamps (24) for gripping the handles of tools.
