PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and suitably sort an electronic mail (E mail) by moving an E mail stored in a 2nd storing means to a 1st or 3rd storing means and registering data related to the moved E mail in a selecting data base as selecting data. SOLUTION: When the execution of checking an E mail stored in a fixed period storing area 38 is instructed from an input device, a mail selecting/ moving operation part 44 is started. The operation part 44 reads out the E mail stored in the area 38 and displays a title table. When 'storing destination' is specified on a selecting operation screen, the operation part 44 moves the objective E mail to a specified storing area. The operation part 44 registers contents including the annexed information of the moved E mail and the storing area specified as the storing destination and selected on the selecting operation screen in the selecting data base 34 as selecting data. |
