PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a voltage of good quality to the load side by performing voltage compensation only for other phases than two phases sustaining a specified phase voltage when one or two phase voltage fluctuates steadily on a distribution line to cause a voltage unbalance thereby correcting voltage unbalance. SOLUTION: When a second voltage switching means Sw2 connects a tap selector T with a fixed contact T2 , the differential voltage between the phase voltage at an input terminal U and the intermediate phase voltage of input terminals V, W, represented by a voltage vector Vuo , is delivered through the tap selector T, the fixed contact T2 , a secondary winding a2 and a tap selector (t) to an output terminal U'. When a first voltage switching means Sw1 connects the tap selector (t) with a fixed contact t2 , the phase voltage of the input terminals V, W is excited as a voltage having a magnitude corresponding to a tap position of the secondary winding a2 of a first regulation transformer Tr1 and outputted directly to the output terminal U' as a voltage represented by a voltage vector ΔVvw . |
