PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a malfunction which is caused by the hot-line insertion by a method, wherein a circuit in an onboard power supply mounting package is not made to operate, until all the outer connector pins of the package are confirmed to have been connected to a backboard. SOLUTION: In a preventive circuit 1 for a malfunctioning caused by hot-line insertion, a primary side power supply line through which a primary side power supply is inputted from a backboard to an onboard power supply 3 and a ground line on an uppermost outer connector pin 2a and a line, which is connected to the ground through a relay RL4a, is provided on a lowermost outer connector pin 2b. When a package is inserted into a hot-line state, a relay RL4a will not switch a contact r14b into a continuous state, until currents flow through the primary side power supply line on the uppermost outer connector pin 2a and the line on the lowermost outer connector pin 2b. Only after the relay RL4a operates, will a power be supplied to a secondary side circuit by the secondary side of the onboard power supply 3 for the operation. |
