PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to exchange electronic money(EM) with normal cash and to allow the EM to be generally accepted by sending an electronic symbol(ES) of 2nd foreign currency of a 2nd amount calculated from a 1st amount and an exchange rate from a 2nd transaction money module(MM) to a 1st transaction MM through a cipher-like security cession. SOLUTION: A subscriber converts an ES of the 1st foreign currency stored in the 1st transaction MM 4 into an ES of 2nd foreign current stored in the 2nd transaction MM 4. In this case, the 1st MM 4 sends the ES of the 1st foreign currency of a 1st amount to the 2nd MM 4 through the cipher-like security cession and the 2nd MM sends the ES of the 2nd foreign currency of a 2nd amount calculated from the 1st amount and an exchange rate through the cession. The final transaction log between the 1st and 2nd MMs 4 is updated to end the cession, and when the transaction is failed, the MMs 4 use aborting means. |
