PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the space by decreasing the number of memory elements and to speed up the startup when power-on or resetting operation by dividing the data bus of a memory element into memory data bit groups and sectioning it into memory areas, and allowing processors to access the respective memory areas through the data bit groups. SOLUTION: The memory element MR has its data bus DM divided into two data bit groups DM1 and DM2 and sectioned into two memory areas EM1 and EM2 by the data bit groups DM1 and DM2. The two processors PA1 and PA2 have their data buses PD and PD connected to the data bit groups DM1 and DM2 of the memory element MR. Therefore, the processor PA1 can access the memory area EM1 through the data bit group DM1 and the other processor PA2 can access the memory area EM2 through the data bit group DM2.
