PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin-made flexible boot having high gas permeability and high durability. SOLUTION: A flexible boot is made of a polyester composition containing 0.1 wt.% of silicone denatured polymer obtained by adding, heating and kneading organopolysiloxane of 10 to 1000 parts weight capable of being expressed by R<1> a R<2> b SiO4-a-b/2 (R<1> is aliphatic unsaturated group, R<2> is a non-substituent or substituent univalent hydrocarbon group, 0<=a<1, 0.5<b<3, 1<a+b<3) in relation to at least one kind of resin of 100 parts weight selected from a polyorefine resin, polyester elastomer, polystyrene elastomer and polyolefine elastomer, and gas permeability (under the ordinary temperature and air atmosphere) is 2.5×10<-10> [ml.cm/(cm<2> .sec.cmHG)] or more.
