摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the wavelength multiplex optical communication network system whose selected wavelength is not deviated even when an ambient temperature of a wavelength selection section is changed. SOLUTION: A wavelength selection section 102 provide an output of temperature information of a wavelength variable filter. A control section 105 sends the temperature information to a terminal equipment 200-1. The terminal equipment 200-1 is provided with a wavelength selection cross reference table 201 that denotes a relation between a temperature of the wavelength variable filter and a wavelength selected value. A wavelength selection control section 202 of the terminal equipment 200-1 retrieves a corresponding wavelength from the wavelength selection cross reference table 201 upon the receipt of the temperature information from an optical packet transmitter-receiver 100 and sends its wavelength selection value to the optical packet transmitter-receiver 100. The control section 105 of the optical packet transmitter-receiver 100 decides a selected wavelength of the wavelength selection section 102 based on the received wavelength selection value.
