PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part image-pickup device of a low cost structure wherein a sucked part is imaged with high precision. SOLUTION: An optical unit 27 comprising an optical element group 30-33 is provided so arrayed that the Scheimpflug's principle is realized. The unit is displaced from a moving path in nozzle axis direction of a suction nozzle 14. The optical elements of the optical unit are so provided, that when the suction nozzle 14 is moved to a specified position in the nozzle axis direction, a part 10 sucked by the suction nozzle 14 is focused at an imaging device 34. With this configuration, the optical unit 27 and/or its optical element is not required to be moved in accordance with the suction action of the suction nozzle 14. The device can be produced at lower cost, and the mounting tact can be improved. |
