PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input and output the telephone book data of a telephone set through transmission and reception of electronic mails. SOLUTION: When an electronic mail 5 which describes the telephone book data of a portable telephone 4 is transmitted from a personal computer 1 through an internet 2 to an enterprise computer of an enterprise 3, the computer converts it into a format which is receivable by the portable telephone 4, and transmits it. Thus, a user is able to input and output the telephone book data of the portable telephone 4, without making connection with or setting the personal computer by making use of the electronic mail 5. |
