PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image forming device capable of forming the excellent color image by detecting and correcting the positional deviation, when required, in the color image forming device of a tandem type provided with the function of detecting and correcting the positional deviation quantity. SOLUTION: When a front door of this device is closed after completing a jamming paper removing operation of the jamming or the like occurring in the vicinity of a transfer belt (step S10), warm-up is started and the resist mark image is formed on the transfer belt, after this image is detected by the resist mark detecting section, the positional deviation quantities are calculated, and data of respective correcting quantities are renewed (step S11 to S13). The color image is formed by correcting a position to write the C, M and Y images on a photoreceptor drum of based on the renewed correcting quantities. |
