<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy insertion of a wire into a cap by locking the end of the wire accomodated in a tentative holding part, thereby allowing the cap inserted by a set pin to be released therefrom, and releasing the locking at the time when the wire is inserted into a through hole of the cap. SOLUTION: In a step that a high tension cable 500 is inserted into a through hole part of a cap 600, a connection terminal 510 constituting an end of the cable 500 is locked by a tentative holding part 730 of a set pin 20 by means of a locking pawl 22 of locking means. Accordingly, even if the cable 500 receives a stress from the cap 600 to remove from the pin 20, hand shaking does not occur to thereby generate no dislocation in the terminal 510 of the cable 500. Thus, it is possible to implement sure insertion work with good yield and without requiring skill. By advancing a drive pin 31 to tilt the pawl 22 to thereby disengage an engaging part 22A, the cable 500 integrated with the cap 600 can be taken out.</p> |
