CDMA COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT AND CDAM COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an equipment which does not sends a specific periodic pulse signal when there is no sending data or even when a rate is low by decid ing the rate of sending data with a 1st slot of a sending frame, making sending power of sending control information after a 2nd slot the same with the sending power data and sending the frame with sending power that corresponds to a decision result. SOLUTION: In an receiving end of a mobile station, an antenna 1106 receives data, a CDMA demodulator 1111 performs demodulation and a signal separator 1110 separates the signal. A synchronizing holder 1112 performs synchronism holding by using a pilot symbol and performs synchronism holding so that a receiving signal can be stably demodulated by the demodulator 1111. Also, an SIR measuring instrument 1108 calculates a signal-tointerference ratio of an incoming line by using the pilot symbol and a TPC symbol and calculates a power control signal which controls the value of sending power of the incoming by this SIR. The rate of sending data can be decided by measuring sending power of a part after a TPC of a 1st slot.
