PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sustain the difference between both signals at a low level constantly by synchronizing the quantization of output tram a D/A converter producing the excitation angle signal of a sensor with the quantization of an A/D converter producing delivering a pattern angle signal to a digital signal processor. SOLUTION: A D/A converter 82 delivers an excitation angle signal to an oscillation rotary sensor 40. An A/D converter 72 has a window receiving an input signal at its discrete quantization level, e.g. set at 3 times. The A/D converter 72 also receives the difference between a pattern angle signal and the excitation angle signal and correct the quantized output thereof. The input difference signal can be kept in the range of the window by a feedback loop comprising a comparator 76, a digital control section 80, or the like, in a digital signal processor 74. |
