PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLL circuit which can improve the accuracy of oscillation frequency of a voltage controlled oscillator. SOLUTION: In this PLL circuit, the division signal a2 of a reference signal source 1 and the division signal a7 of a voltage controlled oscillator 6 are transmitted through a phase comparator 3 and then a phase error signal is applied to the oscillator 6 via a charge pump 4 and a loop filter 5. In such a constitution, the output of the oscillator 6 is applied to the filter 5 via a pulse generation circuit 8 and a pulse application circuit 9. Thus, the accuracy of oscillation frequency of the oscillator 6 is improved. |
