PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a production process, in a biosensor wherein an acting electrode having oxidoreductase fixed thereto and the opposed electrode thereof are arranged so as to take an opposed structure, by bonding respective substrates having these electrodes provided to the insides thereof through an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: An acting electrode is provided to a substrate 1 and an opposed electrode 4 thereof is provided to a substrate 3, and an oxidoreductase-electron transmitter mixture layer is formed on the acting electrode on the side of the taper part of the substrate. An adhesive layer 7 is formed to the part excepting the mixture layer and lead part of the acting electrode. As the substrates 1, 3, film, sheet or plate-shaped insulating substrates made of plastic represented by polyethylene terephthalate, biodegradable plastic or the like are used. A biosensor wherein the acting electrode having oxidoreductase fixed thereto and the opposed electrode are arranged so as to take an opposed structure by bonding the respective substrates having those electrodes provided to the insides thereof through the adhesive layer 7 is easily produced. |
