PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate futile operation and to improve operability by permitting a mobile station to transmit a self state to a control station, reporting a callee state to a caller and examining whether an incoming call is executed by means of recalling or not. SOLUTION: When a power source is disconnected, the mobile station 1 transmits and outputs a control signal expressing that the power source is disconnected to a base station 2 and the base station 2 outputs the control signal to a control station 3. Then, the control station 3 stores that the power source is disconnected in the mobile station 1 as power source state information. After that, when the input of an indication for calling the mobile station 1 is received from an exchange station 4, the control station 3 refers to electric field strength information so as to inspect whether or the mobile station 1 is within the converage or not. When the mobile station 1 is within the range, power source state information is referred to so as to inspect whether the power source of the mobile station 1 is turned on or not. Then, the power source of the mobile station 1 is not turned on so that the control station 3 transmits a voice signal such as 'a call is not received since the power souce is not turned on', etc., to the caller with the exchange station 4. |
