PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of a photographic film by which long-length plastic sheets are joined with a joining tape to produce a continuous sheet, a photographic emulsion is applied and dried on the sheet, and then the sheet is cut into a specified size so that changes in the photographic characteristics of the produced photographic films depending on the production lots can be suppressed. SOLUTION: The adhesive of this tape is an adhesive compsn. containing an acryl resin and a melamine hardening agent. The tape is an adhesive tape with low releasing amt. of formaldehyde and satisfies the following condition. When the adhesive tape of 35 mm×120 mm size is sealed in a sealable 5-L container with air as the inner environment and left to stand for 72 hours while keeping the inner temp. to 50 deg.C, the formaldehyde concn. in the container just after the container is opened is <=1 ppm.
