The proximal ends (6) of the branches (2, 3) hold handles, and the distal ends (5) are in the form of a gripper-tongs with two profiled clamping surfaces (14) pressed against each other. The clamping surfaces are set back proximally in relation to the distal end. Extra profiled clamping surfaces (12) are positioned at the distal end, with a space between them and the proximal clamping surfaces.
