The present invention pertains to the field of medicine, biology and hygiene as well as to the study, recording and correction of the reaction of biological objects to the action of an organism outer or inner medium. The method of the present invention uses a strategy of successive approximations as well as a programme-control process, and comprises determining the optimal behaviour process of a patient using, for example, an optimal selection of therapeutic actions. This method is characterised in that a first set A of individual parameters is determined and in that the history of the case is studied while determining another set B of individual parameters. Additional data can also be subsequently determined if need be. Both sets A and B are then matched and a prognosis curve is drawn for each of the matched parameters. The method further comprises forming another set C and matching the parameters of said set C with the sets A and B of individual parameters. The sets A, B, and C are then compared to a set D of reference parameters. Mismatch occurrences represent the system parameter described by a matrix in which the quantitative characteristics are minimal in the case, for example, of an optimal complex of therapeutic actions and/or recommendations concerning the behaviour. This method can be used in any case requiring an optimisation of the prognoses, diagnostics and therapies.
