The stepped parts (10,11) of the brush applicator (1) shaft work with slots extending at an angle to the axis of the conical sector (8) of the wiping-off device (6) thus forming conical sectors where the applicator is inserted into the fluid container (5). The stepped part is formed by a rearward sector (9) of the shaft (2), the sectors reaching into the container when the cap (3) is screwed home. The cap is externally threaded to match the inside thread at the container opening and the wiper (6) is 2/3 as long as the shaft (2). The conical sector (8) is positioned relative the stepping (11) so the cone (8) can pass over when the cap screws home. The rearward sector (9) diameter should be 0.2-9 mm narrower than that of the shaft (2) and the wiper (6) has two or more retainer notches etc. to fix it on the container (5). The stepped parts (10,11) should form a bend point to prevent eye damage.
