The cutter has several sickle-shaped or curved blades (17) swivel mounted on a common axis and associated with operating handles. The axis (11) is set on the end areas of the blades remote from the handles (HG). The cutting edges of the blades (17) run along the section of a spiral with the radius becoming smaller towards the axis.
