<p>Oxygenic heterocyclic derivatives represented by general formula (I) or salts, solvates, or hydrates of these, which are useful as cysteine protease inhibitors excellent in oral absorbability, migration to tissues, and can easily pass through the cell membrane, etc. In said formula, R1 represents optionally substituted C¿6-14? aryl or an optionally substituted heterocycle residue; R?2¿ represents hydrogen or C¿1-10? alkyl optionally substituted by C6-14 aryl; R?3¿ represents hydrogen or R?4-CO- (R4¿ represents C¿1-10? alkyl); and A represents C1-3 alkylene optionally substituted by C1-3 alkyl.</p> |
