The circuit has at least 2 independent supply networks, respectively supplying the load circuit and the driver circuit, each supply network having a separate earth connection (VSS,VSSQ) and a separate supply potential connection (VDD,VDDQ). An equalisation circuit (1) is used for selectively connecting the earth connections and/or the supply connections of the different supply networks together. The equalisation circuit may be provided by a logic controlling a coupling element (5) for connecting the networks in response to a defined logic condition.
