<p>A methyl methacrylate resin containing extruded, flat synthetic resin laminate product (I) is prepared by lamination of a resin layer (B) on both sides of a resin layer (A) by a multilayer extrusion process. (A) is prepared by uniform dispersion of 0-50 pts.wt. of a rubber like polymer in 100 pts.wt. of a methyl methacrylate resin. (B) is prepared by uniform dispersion of 1-50 pts.wt. of insoluble methyl methacrylate resin particles having a wt. average particle size of 1-100 mu m in 100 pts.wt. of a base resin comprising 100 pts.wt. of a methyl methacrylate resin and 0-70 pts.wt. of a rubber like polymer.</p>
