The instrument consists of a bolt (16) made of sintered ceramic material jutting from a gripping head (12). A mold (18) is inserted into the bolt to form working edges (20). The bolt (16) is coaxially secured to a metallic rod-stop (14). The working edges (20) run in the cylindrical peripheral surface (17) of the bolt (16). The length of the bolt (16) is 5.0-50.0 mm.
