The air flow converter has an energy converter mounted on a floating body so that it is rigid against torsion. It communicates in movable fashion only through an anchor on the ocean bottom. The energy converter can be located inside a concentrator. A floating body (3) communicates with an anchor (1) through a linkage. The energy converter (7) is located concentrically in a concentrator and forms a stable construction with the floating body. The energy converter is mounted on a floating body through a mast (15) with streamlined cross-section and communicates with the anchor through an elastic connection through linkages.
