PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrosurgery apparatus with which series of treatment such as incision, coagulation and hemostasis can be performed in a short treatment time by convenient and simple operation. SOLUTION: This electrosurgery system has a 1st electrode for impressing a high frequency current in contact with a biological tissue and a 2nd electrode for impressing a high frequency current while holding the biological tissue 12 with this 1st electrode and provides at least one of 1st and 2nd electrodes with a 1st contact part 3b having a contact area for enabling the incision while impressing the high frequency current to the viable tissue with concentrated high density when the biological tissue 12 is held and a 2nd contact part 3a having a contact area wider than that of this contact part 3b for enabling the coagulation with the density of the high frequency current to the viable tissue lower than that of the 1st contact part. |
