PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telemetering device for an implantation equipment in an organism which reduces errors, namely communication errors at the time of phase detection while keeping the duty of a received alternative wave at a prescribed value by generating a reference voltage to suitably respond in accordance with the fluctuation or the like of the received wave. SOLUTION: A compare signal corresponding to the reference voltage of the received alternative wave provided by a 1st comparing means is inputted to an integrating means, and the reference voltage is generated by adding an analog addition/subtraction voltage to a voltage held by a holding means 126 for the conventional reference voltage so as not to provide a significant detection value in the compared result when comparing the output voltage of the integrating means with prescribed positive and negative reference voltages through 2nd comparing means 104 and 105.
