PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bent hose for easily manufacturing the hose partly formed at its end in a predetermined bent shape. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a bent hose comprises the steps of partly inserting an end core mold 11 having a molding shaft 22 of a bent shape and length corresponding to those of the bent shape into an end of an unvulcanized rubber hose 12 molded in a straight tube state in the case of manufacturing the hose partly formed at its end in a bent shape, and bending to deform the end of the hose 12. Then, the method further comprises the step of vulcanizing the overall hose 12 in the state that the end is held in the bent shape by the mold 11. |
