SOLUTION: At the time of subjecting a steel having a compsn. contg., by weight, <=0.05% C, <=0.5% Mn, <=0.1% Si, <=0.025% P, <=0.03% S, <=0.1% Sol.Al, <=0.005% O, <=0.004% N and <=0.005% B, also satisfying, by atomic ratio, B/N=0.5 to 2, in which the content of alumina oxides of <=0.1μm is regulated to <=20 ppm, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities to hot rolling, it is coiled at <=650 deg.C and is successively subjected to pickling, cold rolling and continuous annealing.
