摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance characteristics such as bonding strength of metallic layers containing an active metal with good reproducibility in a structure for brazing or a metallized structure. SOLUTION: This structure for brazing comprises a sintered silicon nitride material 2 and a metallic layer 3, joined and arranged on the surface of the sintered silicon nitride material 2 as a brazing material layer or a metallized layer containing an active metal. A compound layer 4 containing a constituent element of the sintered silicon nitride material 2 and the active metal is produced as a reactional layer in the interface therebetween and is present ahead of the outer peripheral part of the metallic layer 3. When the active metal is especially Ti, the compound layer 4 has the first reactional layer 5 consisting essentially of titanium nitride and the second reactional layer 6 consisting essentially of titanium silicide and the first reactional layer 5 is present ahead of the outer peripheral part of the second reactional layer 6.</p>
