<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal made siding material having a deep sinking pattern having a clear patterned part and an excellent design property. SOLUTION: A metal band plate 10 is press-formed in two processes and the deep sinking pattern is provided in it. In a first process, a prescribed place of the metal band plate 10 is held between a template 31 wherein projected parts 31a corresponding to the patterned part are provided and a soft elastic body 32, the soft elastic body 32 is expanded into a groove parts 31b to form worked parts 11 being joint parts under the state that a part being the patterned part is restricted between the template 31 and the soft elastic body 32. In a second process, the prescribed plate of the metal band plate is held between the template wherein forming recessed parts are provided in the place corresponding to the patterned part and the soft elastic body, and the soft elastic body is expanded into the forming recessed parts to form the patterned part. Next, both end parts of the metal band plate are formed to form fitting projections and fitting receiving parts, foaming resin is poured into the rear side of the metal band plate wherein the fitting projections and the fitting receiving parts are formed, and foaming resin is foamed after inserting rear side material.</p> |
