PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular bumper beam manufacturing device and a method by which a manufacturing cost reducible vehicular bumper beam can be provided by providing a bumper beam whose impact resistance force is strengthened, and simplifying a manufacturing process of the bumper beam. SOLUTION: A bumper beam manufacturing method is constituted of a process to prepare a belt-like steel plate, a process to form the belt-like steel plate in a cross section of a tube shape, a process to form a curved part in the belt- like steel plate, a process to adjust the tube shape of the belt-like steel plate, a process to mutually weld end parts of two flanges 60 and 62 and a process to cut the belt-like steel plate in a constant length. A manufactured bumper beam 8 is constituted of a front wall 82 having a central recessed part 76, a top wall 72, a bottom wall 74, an upper rear wall 68, a lower rear wall 70 and two inner walls 64 and 66 having the respective flanges 60 and 62. |
