PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a concrete product which can be released from a form in a short time with a satisfactory working efficiency. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a concrete product comprises the steps of kneading superhard concrete having unit water rate of 100 kg/m<3> or less to manufacture primary concrete, then scaling the primary concrete of a suitable amount, adding at least water, water reducing agent and setting accelerator (material), again kneading the mixture to manufacture secondary concrete, and molding the secondary concrete in a form.
