PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a mineral-containing drink or jelly having reduced saltiness and bitterness even in the case where it contains relatively a large amount of mineral salts. SOLUTION: This sports drink, mineral supplementary drink, jelly or the like contains at least one kind of mineral component selected from sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium, and trehalose of 5-100 pts.wt. based on 1 pts.wt. of the mineral component. The mineral component is preferably compounded in an amount of 20-900 mg wt.%. |
