PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device comprising a relatively small number of parts which is compact, and can be manufactured at low cost. SOLUTION: When a cam ring 2 is at a position shown in the drawing, a pressure Pc of pressure liquid in a cylinder chamber 3a acts on a first port 21 to apply a torque T1 to a rotation shaft 8, and a pressure Pa of an accumulator 5 acts on a fourth port 24 to apply a torque T2 to the rotation shaft 8. When T1=T2, the rotation shaft 8, when it is in a stoppage condition, is held as it is. Where the cam ring 2 is operated to the [+] side, T2-T1>0, and a rotar 1 is rotated at an angular acceleration proportional to an inverse number of its inertia. As the cam ring 2 is returned to a position where T1=T2, the rotar 1 keeps a rotation speed at that timing. This is similar at the time of inverse rotation when the cam ring 2 is operated to the [-] side. |
