PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet for roof underlayment which is excellent in nail hole water shutoff properties, highly strong and abundant in flexibility and is given slip-proof properties and cushioning properties. SOLUTION: Due to the elasticity of a film 2 of a thickness 50-200μm which is used for an intermediate layer and contains polyolefin resin having a modulus of repulsion elasticity of 15% or above, nail hole water shutoff properties are excellent, and since fibrous nonwoven fabric 3 is laminated on the rear side, this sheet comes into close and flexible contact with a sheathing roof board so that it lies along this board, and has slip-proof properties, in combination with cushioning properties, in relation to the sheathing roof board. Since drawn threads 4 of synthetic resin are arranged and laminated on the surface side, moreover, the mechanical strength of the sheet is increased and also an effect of slip resistance in the case when a worker gets on the sheet is given.
