PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a clamp interval by making at least one of a clamp spindle, a clamp shaft, a lever spindle, and a lever shaft an eccentric shaft. SOLUTION: A lever spindle 8 is constituted of a head section 8a, a screw shaft section 8b, and a cam section 8c provided between the head section 8a and the screw shaft section 8b eccentrically to them. A nut 12 is screwed to the screw shaft section 8b and fitted to a clamp base plate while the cam section 8c is inserted into the spindle insertion hole 11 of an operation lever 5. When the lever spindle 8 is rotated around the axis, the rotation center position of the operation lever 5 is changed in the range of an eccentric quantityα, and a clamp interval at the clamp position of the operation lever 5 is changed, thereby the clamp interval can be simply and quickly adjusted merely via the fastening action of the nut 12 after the lever spindle 8 is rotated by a small angle.
