<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation due to heat by forming a maximum outside shape of a body of a cylindrical container into a specific dimension to an outside dimension of the vicinity of a lower part of a flange provided at the container, and heat treating only a lower body from the vicinity of the lower part of the flange at a crystallizing temperature. SOLUTION: The container of an overall cylindrical shape comprises a flange part 3 provided under a neck part 2, an upper body 4 provided under the part 3 to fix a shrink label or the like, and a lower body 5 having a raised bottom- like bottom part 7 further under the body 4 via an annular groove 6. The groove 6 is formed substantially on an overall intermediate circumferential periphery between the parts 4 and 5. The parts 4 and 5 of the vicinity of a lower part of the flange part 3 are heat treated at crystallizing temperature. Further, maximum outside dimension L2 of the part 5 is set twice to four times as large as the outside dimension L1 of the vicinity of the lower part of the flange part 3. Thus, the container is sterilized therein, and deformation, shrinkage due to heat at the time of mounting a shrink label or the like can be prevented.</p> |
