PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a very thick sheet by a method in which a central roll shaft position is fixed, the first and the third roll shafts supply a kneaded vinyl chloride resin composition raw material between the first and central rolls of a group of three horizontally serial rolls which are movable horizontally and fusion-bond another sheet by a press roll outside the third roll to a thick sheet to be molded in a specified circumferential velocity ratio. SOLUTION: The shaft position of the central roll 2 of a group of three horizontally serial rolls is fixed, the shafts of the first and third rolls 1, 3 are made movable horizontally to control a roll gap. A vinyl chloride resin composition raw material kneaded by a batch type kneader is supplied between the rolls 1, 2, and the rolls 2, 1 are operated with the circumferential velocity of the rolls 2, 1 controlled to be 1.4-2.0. the raw material transferred to the roll 2 is rolled by the roll gap between the rolls 2, 3 to feed as a thick sheet 8. A press roll 4 is installed outside the roll 3, and another sheet 5 is preheated by a heater 7, laminated/pressed/fusion bonded with/on/to the thick sheet 8 by the rolls 3, 4, passed through a cooling roll 11, trimmed by a trimmer 12, and wounded onto a roll 13 to produce a very thick sheet. |
