PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such an ash-free stain preventing and rust preventing oil compsn. with low viscosity which can be also used as a cleaning oil that the stain preventing performance and rust preventing performance are not decreased even when a processing oil such as a cutting oil is mixed, therefore, the number of exchanging times of a new oil for the rust preventing oil can be decreased, and as a result, the compsn. contributes to the reduction of the cost and the improvement in the productivity. SOLUTION: This compsn. is prepared by compounding the following three components. (A) An alkenyl succinic imide or its derlv. by 1 to 30 wt.%, for example, a compd. of about 900 to 6000 mol.wt. having a butenyl group and 0.5 to 3 wt.% nitrogen content. (B) Amino alcohols by 0.1 to 20 wt.%, for example, aminoalcohols of secondary amines or tertiary amines having 1 to 6 carbon atoms in the alkyl group. (C) A base boil by 50 to 98.9 wt.%, for example, a mineral oil having 0.5 to 20 mm<2> /s viscosity at 40 deg.C to be used as the base oil of a rust preventing oil. |
