PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute maintenance works efficiently on the occurrence of abnormality. SOLUTION: An oil-feeding station controlling system is composed of a plurality of metering devices 111 -114 , a POS terminal 12 and a communication control device 13. A control program for storing messages transmitted between each of the metering devices 111 -114 and the POS terminal 12 on occurrence of an abnormality, a communication control program with which a dummy mode for making dummy responses to the POS terminal 12 when the metering devices 111 -114 are under maintenance is set, an address setting control program for automatically setting communication addresses for each of the metering devices 111 -114 and a transmission control program for transmitting information from the metering devices 111 -114 stored in a memory on demands from the outside apparatuses are stored in the memory in the communication control device 13. |
