PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a favorable liquid cutting property, expand the application range, and reduce the manufacturing cost by a method wherein from the upper end of the outer rim of a cylindrical part, a diagonally upward first flange part of which the free end is sharp, and a diagonally downward second flange part of which the diameter is larger than that of the first flange part, and of which the free end is sharp from the right under the first flange part from the outer rim of the cylindrical part, are provided. SOLUTION: A first flange part 1b of a ring-form member 1 is formed in a manner to face diagonally upward from the upper end or the vicinity of the upper end of the outer rim of a short cylindrical form cylinder part 1a. The upward taper angle is made approx. 45±±15 deg., and the free end is formed into a sharp shape. A second flange part 1c is formed right under the first flange part 1b in a manner to face diagonally downward from the outer rim of the short cylindrical form cylinder part 1a. The downward taper angle is made approx. 20 deg.±10 deg., and the second flange part 1c is formed in such a manner that it has a larger diameter than that of the first flange part 1b, and the free end has a sharp shape. This liquid drip preventive member can be used by fitting on a mouth part of a nozzle of a container, and even when a content is easy to arise a liquid drip, the liquid drip is prevented from arising, and a favorable liquid cutting property is ensured.
