摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase in size of an engine and sharp increase in the cost, prevent degradation of the reliability caused by adhesion of the dust, and set the constantly optimum ignition timing without shortening the service life of an ignition plug. SOLUTION: An pressure sensor 8 exposed in a cylinder 17 is mounted on a cylinder head 13, and the detected signal of the pressure sensor 8 is received by a CPU 2 of a control unit 1 as the internal pressure data of the cylinder. The CPU 2 outputs the ignition reference signal when the rising internal pressure of the cylinder is agreed with the preset reference value, and the ignition data is outputted to a output circuit 6 with the output timing of the ignition reference signal or the corrected timing as the ignition timing. The output circuit 6 shuts off the primary current of an ignition coil 7 based on the ignition data, and applies the high voltage to an ignition plug 16.
