PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the positional regulation of a flap turning device with respect to a bottom turning drum as well as the setting of rotation regulating position of a mounting rod by a method wherein the mounting position of the mounting rod of a guiding plate, developing front and rear turning flaps in a plane along the outer periphery of the bottom turning drum, is set along the outer peripheral surface of the bottom turning drum. SOLUTION: A guide plate 651 is fixed to a mounting rod 653, positioned at both side parts of an opened paper tube and provided horizontally above a bottom turning drum, horizontally substantially through a mounting arm 654. Respective guide plates 651 guide a paper tube, turned and transferred by the bottom turning drum, between respective guide plates 651 and the bottom turning drum, then, push a front side turned flap, sucked by a bottom opening device, against a flat plate unit from the slanted parts of respective guide plates 651 and push the same against linear members whereby respective front and rear turning flaps are developed in a plane along the outer periphery of the bottom turning drum. The mounting position of the mounting rod 653 for the guide plate 651 can be set along the outer peripheral surface of the bottom turning drum through a mounting position setting means. |
